AppleBear Hard Cider | 5.0% ABV, 0 IBUs
This delicious hard apple cider is perfect for our gluten free customers. At 5% ABV it is sessionable for just about anyone over the age of 21. The bold apple varietals come from the best cider apples grown in the Pacific Northwest. Our unique fermentation approach minimizes the flavor production of the yeast which allows the fruity character of the varietals to shine. This cider is a unique experience, perfect for any occasion.
Seasonal Beers
Black-eye PA | 6.2% ABV, 80 IBUs
One of the most difficult beers to craft, this style requires a delicate payid pokies online balance of malt sweetness, roasted flavor, and hop bitterness, all rolled into a pint glass. Getting all these flavors to cooperate was an epic battle, but in the end brewmeister Justin Hamilton won. He didn’t come out unscathed however, hence the name. You’ll want to take on this beer for multiple rounds.
Bearzen | 4.1% ABV, 25 IBUs
Our Oktoberfest/Marzen is a traditional German amber lager, perfect for any time of year. A heaping helping of Vienna malt provides a rich toasty flavor balanced with a touch of caramel sweetness from CaraMunich malt.
Iron Lung Smoked Porter | 6.1% ABV, 40 IBUs
This wonderfully roasty brown porter has a sack of rauchmalt added to the mash to give it a distinct smokey flavor and aroma, but subtle enough to allow its rich malt character to massage the palate
