Our Premium Wheat Unbleached white Pullman is a mixture of our different wheat flours. It has a nice light crust on the outside but very tender on the inside. The bread is baked in the traditional loaf square shape also know as the Pullman loaf which comes from the Pullman box car. We make them fresh daily, If you like we can slice the bread for you on our bread slicer, you will get approximately 15 slices per loaf.
